Math Olympiad Series helps to prepare students for any upcoming Math competition through practice and testing. The introductory Beginner book will sharpen their skills and their problem-solving skills for non-routine problems. While routine problems are there to practice mathematical comprehension, there are also several examples that demonstrate how students can solve the non-routine problems they encounter. The easy-to-understand analyses and explanations in the examples will help students hone their mathematical literacy. Students are able to apply their understanding through working on the questions in each chapter. While Math Olympiad is available for all levels, this course along with this book, will focus on the basics and is recommended for age 10+ students.
